🎥 UGC Creators

We offer 2 plans:

• Free Plan: Limited features, basic visibility, apply to public campaigns.
• Super Plan (Paid): Priority access, higher visibility, exclusive job offers.

🏢 Brand Accounts

We offer 3 plans:

• Free Plan: Basic access to creators, limited outreach.
• Starter Plan: Message creators, 2 campaign limit, basic analytics.
• Pro Plan (Paid): Unlimited campaigns, advanced analytics, featured status.

🔁 Upgrade & Downgrade Policy

✅ Upgrading

• You can upgrade anytime.
• The new plan activates immediately after payment.
• If upgrading mid-cycle, we may apply a credit based on remaining time (if supported).

🔽 Downgrading

• You can downgrade at any time.
• The downgrade will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
• No refunds or partial credits for early downgrade.
• Features from higher plans may become unavailable after downgrade.

💸 Refund Policy

• No refunds are provided after payment is completed.
• We recommend starting with the Free plan before upgrading.
• If you experience technical issues, our support team is ready to help.
